골드 엔젤 ( Gold Angelfish )

 

엔젤 시리즈 두번째는, 골드 엔젤 입니다.

실버 엔젤 소개를 했으니...그담은 골드가 나오는게 맞겠죠? (^^ㆀ)ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

 

지난번에 엔젤 설명을 드리느라 글이 길어져서 엔젤피쉬의 대표적 종류 설명을 못드렸었죠.

우선 국내에서 팔리는 엔젤 피쉬의 이름 한번 살펴 볼까요? 

  

골든 엔젤, 실버 엔젤, 블랙 엔젤, 다이아몬드 엔젤, 블루 엔젤, 마블 엔젤, 화이트 마블 엔젤,

삼색 엔젤 (코이 엔젤), 제브라 엔젤, 레드아이 플레티넘 엔젤, 화이트 펄 엔젤, 레드헤드 글라스 엔젤,

하프블랙 롱핀 엔젤, 골든그라스 엔젤, 고스트 팬텀 엔젤, 타이거 엔젤 등등등...휴우우우 (^^ㆀ)

 

 

 

 

 

 

They have a quite round and flat body, but their dorsal and ventral fins are long, each is almost as long as the body is. They can grow up to 15 cm vertically. There are many freshwater variants such as:

 

1) Golden Angelfish : a light shade of yellow.
2) Silver Angelfish : silver bodies and black vertical markings. They can be dark, light, solid, or broken.
3) Koi Angelfish : red-white with patches of black or gold markings.

                              Young fish can have red markings under the eye.
4) Smoky Angelfish : a shade of silver on one half, and a dark grey or ebony on the other half.
5) Pearly Gold Angelfish : a dazzling shade of gold.
6) Black Angelfish : solid ebony.
7) Black Lace Angelfish : black, but sporting wide light to dark stripes.
8) Zebra Angelfish : a black body with white stripes.
9) Marble Angelfish : marble-like swirls of silver and black on their bodies,

                                  black markings on their fins and some have golden patterns on their heads.
10) Blushing Angelfish : a shade of white, and golden markings on their heads.

                                  Young fish can have a red marking under the eye.
11) Blue Blushing Angelfish : grey in colour, outlines in black. Young fish can have a red marking under the eye.

                                         Amazing on this variety is their ability to become darker or lighter according to

                                         how they feel.
12) Veiltail Angelfish : very elongated fins and they can be in many colour variants.
 

대략 국외에서 부르는 이름들 참고 하시라고 나열해 봤습니다. ^^

어짜피 대표적인 엔젤 품종을 소개하려고 하니까 그때 그때 정리 해보겠습니다.

 

 

 

그럼 골드 엔젤로 다시 돌아와보죠. (골든 엔젤 이라고 불리기도 합니다.) ^^;;;;

실버엔젤이 무늬가 없는 온통 실버색 엔젤이 아닌것처럼...골드가 꼭 금색 나는것만은 아닙니다.

기본적으로 노란색 계열이구요.

 

There are three kinds of gold angelfish: Naja Gold, Hong Kong Gold and New gold.
The first Gold Angelfish which appeared in 1970 was called the Naja Gold.
Naja Gold is discovered by Angelfish breeder - Carl Naja in Milwaukee among the Black Lace Angelfish fry.
Young Naja Gold Angelfish will look like normal Silver Angelfish but turn Gold when mature.
   

골드 엔젤에는 세가지 종류의 엔젤이 있습니다. ^^

나자 골드 엔젤, 홍콩 골드 엔젤, 뉴 골드 엔젤 이렇게 말이죠.

첫번째 나자 골드 엔젤(Naja Gold)이라 불리는 녀석은 1970년대 발견되었습니다.

이 녀석은 밀워키에 사는 칼 나자(Carl Naja)라는 브리더가 블랙 레이스 엔젤을 번식하는 도중에 발견되었죠.

어린 나자 골드 엔젤은 첨에는 보통의 실버엔젤처럼 보이다가 성장하면서 골드로 바뀐답니다.

 

 

 

The second is called Hong kong Gold Angelfish produce by Peter Wong of Hong Kong.
The third is New Gold Angelfish which orginate from Singapore in 1973.
New Gold Angelfish has stable and uniform colour.
Both Naja Gold Angelfish and Hong Kong Gold Angelfish are extincted.
 

두번째, 홍콩 골드 엔젤종은 홍콩의 피터 왕(Peter Wong )에 의해 생산된겁니다. 

세번째 뉴 골드 엔젤은 1973년 싱가폴이 고향이구요.

뉴 골드 엔젤은 어렸을때부터 변하지않는 동일한 체색을 지녔습니다.

나자 골드나 홍콩 골드는 지금은 찾아보기 힘들죠.

 

 

 

제가 왜 골든 엔젤의 기원까지 말씀드렸냐 하면...

결국 골드 엔젤은 실버 엔젤에서 나온 황색 변이종이란 얘기를 드리려고 한거랍니다.

전세계에서 수 없이 사육되고 변이되고 개량되는게 엔젤 이란 얘기죠.

현재 시중에서 팔리는 골드 개체는 대부분 동남아 등지에서 대량 사육되어 수입되는 개체입니다.

유어때부터 황색을 베이스로 한 체색이 성장하면서도 변하지 않는 개체랍니다. (^^ )

 

 

 

 

↑ 위 두 사진은 골드 펄스케일(골드 진주비늘) 엔젤 입니다. 

국내에선 펄스케일(Pearlscale) 이란 말을 안쓰고 다이아몬드란 말을 쓰는듯하던데요. ^^;;;
