주둥이가 빠알간 러미노즈 테트라(Rummy Nose Tetra) 입니다.

그래서 레드노즈(빨간코) 테트라 라고도 불립니다.

 

For food, Their favorite being live bloodworms,

the Rummy Nose Tetra will also readily accept a variety of store bought foods in any form.

     

식성은 잡식성으로 가리지않고 무엇이든 잘먹습니다. 블러드웜(우리나라에선 짱구벌레, 냉짱, 건짱으로 불리는녀석)을

특히 좋아하고 어느 브랜드의 비트 사료든 잘 적응하고 먹는답니다.

 

 

 

Hemigrammus bleheri and Petitella georgiae are similar species that are often mistaken for the Hemigrammus rhodostomus that we find in the aquarium industry. In fact, so close is the resemblance that many of the Rummy Nose Tetras we find in the industry today might actually be H.bleheri or P.georgiae.

 

러미노즈 역시 크게 두가지 학명으로 분류됩니다. 학명이 다르단 얘긴 조금은 차이가 있단 얘기겠죠.

'Hemigrammus bleheri' 와 ' Petitella georgiae'...그리고 이들과 자주 혼동되는 'Hemigrammus rhodostomus' 입니다.

수족관 산업에서는 종종 많이 혼용되어 사용되어지는데여.. 분명 많은 비슷한 점이 있지만 우리가 오늘날

러미노즈 테트라라고 부르는 녀석들은 'Hemigrammus bleheri' 와 ' Petitella georgiae' 랍니다.

 

 

 

 

 

한눈에 보기에도 위 두녀석 체형이 다르다는게 느껴지시죠? ^^

   

The females are plumper and slightly larger than the males.

   

넵~!! 위쪽이 수컷, 아랫쪽이 암컷이랍니다.

네온테트라나 카디널 테트라 종류를 키워보신분은 암컷의 체형을 금새 아실수 있을겁니다. (^^ㆀ)

  

 

  

 

The Rummy Nose Tetra is a popular choice for live plant keepers and Discus fish keepers. They are very peaceful and can make excellent community tank mates if housed with similar sized and non-aggressive species. The do best in schools of 6 or more and may stress if not provided with hiding places and plants (plastic or real). They have a red colored nose and it can be quite striking to see a school of them swimming around a tank.
    

러미노즈는 역시 순하고 착합니다.

6마리 이상의 공동체 생활을 하구요, 수초항이나 디스커스항에도 잘 어울립니다.

녀석들을 위한 특별한 은신처도 필요없습니다.

사실...빨간코(루돌프 사슴코?) 자체가 다른 애들에게는 상당히 공격적으로 보이게 하기때문이랍니다.
